Ingredients

1 28 oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes

1 Vidalia Onion or Other Sweet Onion, finely chopped

6 Green onions, finely chopped

2 Limes, Squeezed

1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, To Taste

Salt, To Taste

Pepper, To Taste

Directions

11. Mix together all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in as much red pepper flakes as you like depending on how hot you want it.

22. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving. This gives the lime juice time to "cook" the mixture.
