1 Vidalia Onion or Other Sweet Onion, finely chopped
6 Green onions, finely chopped
2 Limes, Squeezed
1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, To Taste
Salt, To Taste

11. Mix together all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in as much red pepper flakes as you like depending on how hot you want it.
